ROSEMARY
This medicinal plant, also known as ROSMRINUS OFFICINALIS; it contains powerful active substances like glycosides, essential oil , tannin, terpenes.

The botanical name of this medicinal plant is: ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS
2-Synonyms.
Botanists also call it crown grass, roadmender grass.
3-Flowering And Harvest Periods.
Its flowering period is limited to the leaves between June and August, its harvest period concerns the flowers between April and May.
4-Active Substances.
Glycosides, nicotinamide, saponin, bitter principle resin, tannin, essential oil (notably cineol), camphor, berneol and terpenes.

6-Medicinal Property.
Rosemary is generally stimulating, tonic, diuretic, antispasmodic, cholagogue, calming, emmenagogue and antiseptic.
7-How To Use?
— Depression: Prepare an infusion of rosemary at the rate of 20 g of flowering tops for one liter of boiling water, infused for around ten minutes. Drink two glasses a day.
— Gallbladder, cholesterol: take a glass of rosemary decoction on an empty stomach in the morning, at a rate of 40 g per liter of water, boil for 5 minutes.
— Memory: drink 3 glasses per day, 10 days per month for 3 months, of an infusion of rosemary, at a rate of 30 g of flowering tops for one liter of boiling water, infuse for 10 minutes, filter.
— Migraine: take a glass of rosemary infusion at the rate of 20 g of flowering tops and leaves for one liter of boiling water, infuse for 10 minutes and place in the dark.
— Nervousness: drink two glasses per day of an infusion of rosemary at a rate of 20 g of flowering tops for one liter of boiling water, infuse for 20 minutes.
